Full Time 36 hours per week – 39 weeks per year
The Governing Body and staff of this outstanding school are seeking to appoint a reliable, experienced and very motivated person to work in partnership with, as well as manage a team, of hardworking administrative officers. Key duties as commensurate with the grade will include; organising and supervising administrative systems within the school; taking a lead role in the planning, development, design, organisation and monitoring of support systems / procedures / policies.
Hours of work are negotiable.

The successful candidate will have good interpersonal and organisational skills and should be:

Able to provide support to the Senior Leadership Team to enable the efficient running of the school
Able to manage data efficiently and confidentially
Able to think creatively and problem-solve
Comfortable in using new technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Able to prioritise and manage time effectively
Flexible and reliable with a great sense of humour
Experience of working in a school environment would be an advantage.
