We are seeking to appoint an Inclusion Manager who will play a vital role in supporting our pupils who are vulnerable and/or have additional needs.

The successful candidate will:
- be accountable for the support and subsequent performance of pupils who are vulnerable and/or have additional needs.
- strive to constantly raise the attainment of these pupils and meet the specific needs of each
identified individual
- possess excellent organisational skills including with external agencies to maximise support and opportunities for pupils at Upton
- have the ability to work independently, be adaptable and have excellent communication skills
- provide professional guidance to colleagues and share good practice, working closely with staff, parents
and other agencies
- have an up to date knowledge of SEND diagnoses and accommodations.
- have an ability to use ICT for teaching and learning
- have a willingness to contribute to the ethos of the school
Upton Hall School is a Roman Catholic Grammar School for girls. There over 1000 girls on roll and it is oversubscribed. Facilities are outstanding. The school has academy status.
