Elleray Park is a primary complex learning difficulties school, specialising in meeting the needs of pupils who have profound and multiple learning difficulties, severe learning difficulties and autistic spectrum disorder.

Elleray Park School is looking to recruit dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants Level 1 for the midday session, with potential of additional hours to cover staff absence in the classrooms.

The primary role is to ensure the safety and welfare of the children during the lunch time period including supervision in the classrooms, dinner hall and playground. You will also be required to assist with setting up, clearing away and cleaning of the dinner hall and other areas associated with lunch if required.

Experience of working with children with SEND would be an advantage, but training would be given.

The hours of working are 12.00 to 13.20pm Monday to Friday, term time only, which is 38 weeks.
