We are looking to appoint an exceptional, confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team. This dual-focused role will play a vital part in maintaining consistency in our classrooms during Planning, Preparation, and Assessment (PPA) cover, while also delivering Maths teaching to smaller groups all across Key Stage 2.

Key Responsibilities
Classroom Delivery (PPA Cover): Independently lead whole classes across Key Stage 2 during teacher PPA time, executing planned curriculum activities and maintaining strong, positive behaviour management.
Maths Teaching: Deliver, and evaluate structured Maths sessions to small classes of
children.
Assessment and Feedback: Track pupil progress during intervention sessions, providing clear, actionable feedback to class teachers to inform ongoing planning.
Learning Environment: Foster a positive, growth-mindset culture where children feel safe making mistakes and developing problem-solving skills.
Safeguarding: Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and child protection across all school activities.
