The Governors at Christchurch CE Primary school are looking to appoint a School Office Administrator. An opportunity has arisen within the school admin and finance team for an office administrator at Christ Church CE
Primary School. We are looking to appoint a reliable and proactive person who will work across all areas of the school administration team under the direction of the School Business Manager.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the following areas:

Be the first point of contact for visitors to school; greeting warmly, responding to queries and providing hospitality.
To deal with all queries to the school office
Provide administrative and organisational services to school.


We are looking for a candidate who:

Has excellent communication skills 
Has the ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve unexpected issues quickly
Can complete tasks independently or work within a busy team.
Understands the need for accurate record keeping, confidentiality, monitoring and recording.
Is willing to contribute to the wider school and will be happy working in a child centred environment
Takes pride in their work
