We are seeking a confident, caring and creative individual who will maximise opportunities for  our staff team and children. We are looking for a leader who has a track record of improving  standards and outcomes and can support the Headteacher in leading the Catholic life of the  school.

Our Lady of Pity is a unique and wonderful two form entry school community, split across two  sites in Greasby and Hoylake offering high-quality, inclusive education for children from aged  2-11.

As a proud member of the Holy Family Catholic Multi Academy Trust (HFCMAT), we are part  of a supportive and forward-thinking family of schools dedicated to developing excellence,  embracing opportunity, and building strong communities rooted in Gospel values.

We believe in the transformative power of Catholic education to change lives, open doors and  raise aspirations. At Our Lady of Pity, children are known, nurtured, and encouraged to  achieve the highest standards, developing as responsible citizens and unique individuals  loved by God.

The successful candidate will be supported by the Headteacher and the Trust's Director of  Primary Education and central team, who have excellent knowledge and experience of  working with the school and governors.

A requirement of the post is that applicants must be practicing Catholics who are able  to obtain a faith reference.

We can offer you:
Enthusiastic, well-behaved, and happy children who are eager to learn and proud of  their school.

In line with Keeping Children Safe in Education, Holy Family Catholic Multi Academy Trust will undertake general online searches for all shortlisted candidates. This may include social media and video platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.  Online searches will only examine data that is publicly available, and the aim is to identify any  incidents or issues. Any areas of concern will be discussed during the interview process.
