A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, passionate and dynamic Teaching Assistant to work as part of our friendly and supportive team.

Stanton Road is one of 12 schools in the Oak Trees Multi Academy Trust. Being part of Oak Trees means we have access to high quality CPD and support; the staff from the schools regularly meet to share best practice and to support each other so that our children receive the best possible education.

We are looking for teaching assistants with experience who:

• Can demonstrate outstanding classroom practice
• Are team players with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Has high expectations of children, behaviour and personal development
• Has a passion for supporting the needs of all children, especially those with SEND
• Has a positive outlook and loves developing children's learning
