Due to the retirement of our much loved and well respected Headteacher the Governing Body are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, inspirational and dedicated leader to be the next Headteacher of our unique school.
Our new Headteacher will:
Have significant leadership experience and proven success in a senior leadership role in a Primary or Infant School
Have high expectations of children's attainment, achievement and behaviour, supporting each and every child to develop and reach their individual potential Be an inclusive leader, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to encourage and enthuse everyone in school
Continue to promote strong relationships with parents, governors, our neighbouring junior school and the wider community
Be passionate, creative and innovative, be open to new ideas and keen to continue developing the unique aspects of our school, with a clear vision for continued success and improvement.
