TA3/HLTA Lead for 2 Year Old Provision

Full Time Permanent

36 Working Hours –  39 Weeks per Year

Required from 15 April 2024

 

Due to the relocation of our current Lead, the Governors of St Michael and All Angels Catholic Primary School are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Teaching Assistant to join our enthusiastic EYFS team and lead our new ‘Two Year Old’ provision.

 

The successful applicant will lead our new provision, manage staff and work alongside our existing provision.

 

Our school has a warm and welcoming atmosphere and aims to be an inclusive school that enables every child to reach their full potential and overcome barriers to learning.

 

We are looking for someone who will:

 

Nurture, inspire and motivate Foundation Stage pupils and has experience of working in an EYFS team.

 

Put children first in all things.

 

Enthuse them with a lifelong love of learning

 

Embrace and continue to develop our school aims and values in partnership with others,

Share with us our belief in the ability of all children to achieve more

 

Demonstrate excellent communication skills to work in partnership with children, parents and school staff.

 

Be able to make the curriculum meaningful and exciting to children.
