An enthusiastic, dynamic and inspirational teacher of mathematics is required to join a thriving and successful curriculum area.

Maths teachers at SJP have been developing a mastery approach to the teaching and learning of mathematics and we encourage a high level of problem solving to promote independent enquirers. The department is dynamic, supportive and successful with a history of strong results at KS4 and KS5.
St John Plessington Catholic College Voluntary Academy has been an outstanding and oversubscribed 11-18 college for more than 10 years. The College has been a national support school since 2009 and has provided extensive school to school support since then. SJP is the lead school in the Inspire Learning Teaching School Hub.
