The Governing Body of Somerville Federation would like to appoint a full time class teacher to teach a class of children in Key Stage 2 from 1st September 2021 until 31st December 2021 in the first instance to cover a teacher’s leave of absence on a fixed term contract. Please note: This post is a fixed term contract and will terminate upon the return of the substantive class teacher who is currently on leave. Should the class teacher who is on leave not return in time for the commencement of the Spring or Summer term 2022 the contract may be extended.
We are looking to appoint an excellent and highly motivated teacher, creative in their approach to teaching, with a passion for raising the achievement and attainment of all children. The successful candidate will also be expected to contribute to all areas of school life, working effectively within a very supportive team to sustain and extend our excellent provision.
In the current climate, we are unfortunately unable to offer visits to the school in person, however if you have any specific questions prior to the closing date then please ring the school office.
