The Governors at Black Horse Hill Junior School are looking to appoint a suitably skilled, enthusiastic and well-motivated Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with physical disabilities. The role of the successful candidate will be to enable a child with cerebral palsy to have their needs met in a mainstream school. The role will involve a level of intimate care.
The successful candidate will have:
Excellent communication skills
An understanding and commitment to the education of young children
Experience of supporting pupils with SEN and facilitating their access to the curriculum
