Kitchen Assistant

We are looking to appoint a Kitchen Assistant with a passion for food and ‘can do’ attitude with flair and enthusiasm to work at, St Pauls Catholic Primary School if you are positive, creative, passionate, and professional, we want to hear from you.

Main responsibilities will include; Basic preparation of food and beverages including simple cooking, transporting and serving of meals, general kitchen and dining room duties e.g. washing up, setting up and clearing away of equipment/tables, general cleaning of kitchen, surrounds and equipment and receive payment for meals and give appropriate change using electronic till as necessary.

Candidate must have

• Have the ability to work in a team
• Have good communication skills
• Have high standards of personal hygiene
• Be enthusiastic and have a good sense of humour

Required Experience:

No experience is required, a full induction and on the job training will be provided
