Fixed-term 30hrs to 31/08/2022

Grove Street Primary is looking to appoint two enthusiastic, versatile and dedicated HLTAs to join our team from September 2021.

The posts will involve:
Providing PPA cover across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
Teaching a specialist subject e.g. Spanish, PE, Computing, Music from our 2 year olds to year 6.
Providing regular teaching cover (e.g. NQT, leadership) mostly across KS2

This post is advertised as a Fixed Term contract in the first instance with the possibility of extending further.

The successful candidate will be motivated, diligent, and creative and have the very highest expectations for our children. They will be confident in using a positive and nurturing approach to behaviour. They will have a secure knowledge of the curriculum, passion and enthusiasm for teaching, work well in a team and show a willingness to contribute to all areas of school life, as well as displaying an acute understanding of the links between mental health and well-being and effective teaching and learning.
